About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team, supporting the Senior Brand Manager for White Milk in executing a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement the annual brand plans for Dairy Farmers, Masters, Canberra Milk, and Dairy Choice and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Support the implementation of communications and key brand activations, including brand partnerships.
  • Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate.
  • Develop and shape the white milk product range across grocery and non-grocery channels.
  • Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships.
  • Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget.
  • Prioritise, plan and deliver work to maximise value and minimise risk.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
  • Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.
  • Displays a curious mindset to look for different ways of driving business goals and delivering high quality work.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management.
  • Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes.
