About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager in the development and implementation of brand plans for our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand plans for Dairy Farmers, Masters, Canberra Milk, and Dairy Choice
  • Support the implementation of communications and key brand activations, including brand partnerships
  • Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate
  • Develop and shape the white milk product range across grocery and non-grocery channels
  • Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities
  • Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships
  • Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand marketing and product development. You will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level and experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management
  • Displays a curious mindset to look for different ways of driving business goals and delivering high-quality work
  • Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes
