About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team as an Assistant Brand Manager for Dairy Farmers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a category that is the engine of our marketing leading portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and implement annual brand plans for Dairy Farmers, Masters, Canberra Milk, and Dairy Choice
    • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop Go-To-Market strategies
  • Product Development
    • Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate
    • Develop and shape the white milk product range across grocery and non-grocery channels
  • Marketing Execution
    • Support the implementation of communications and key brand activations, including brand partnerships
    • Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity)
  • Agency Management
    • Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships
  • Budget Management
    • Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who has a strong commercial acumen and a curious mindset to drive business goals. You should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and adapt well in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes
