We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail store operations manager to lead our Perth DFO store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the area manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service

  • Manage the store's inventory, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop the store team to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail store management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with retail software systems and technology
