As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial success, supporting and leading a successful team, whilst ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and profitability goals
• Have daily conversion, set sales targets, and motivate the team to deliver results
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and feedback
• Support and manage all operational areas: rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Build strong local community relationships
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
• Action mystery shop results, audit outcomes, and customer feedback initiatives

• Proven retail leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with a drive for results
• Confident in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
• High attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style
• Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
