Be part of a luxury jewellery brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs. They are passionate about creating memorable experiences for their customers through personalised service and stunning jewellery pieces. They are now seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager for their new CBD store to deliver exceptional service and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
• Provide personalised, high-end service to customers, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring an unforgettable luxury experience
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and drive business growth
• Lead by example in maintaining impeccable store presentation, upholding the brand's high standards of luxury and excellence
• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Assistant Store Manager role or similar, ideally within jewellery retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Polished presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• A passion for luxury jewellery, with a keen understanding of the market and product knowledge
• Experience in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals
