Job Title: Engineering Data Specialist

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage and maintain engineering master data in SAP. As a critical member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supporting preventive maintenance, calibration, and materials management across our manufacturing site.

  • Manage and maintain engineering master data in SAP (Assets, PM schedules, Calibration, Materials).
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and uploads using tools like LSMW.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct system testing and support upgrades or fixes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Deliver training to new users and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science, or 3+ years in a similar technical role.
  • 2-5 years' experience in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong SAP experience (S/4 HANA preferred); LSMW desirable.
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
  • Understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
