Job Title

You will be responsible for maintaining engineering master data in SAP, ensuring accurate information and compliance with regulatory standards across the manufacturing site.

Your primary objective is to work closely with various teams including engineering, validation, and production to ensure seamless integration of data and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering master data in SAP.
  • Cleanse, transform, and upload data using tools such as LSMW.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues promptly.
  • Conduct thorough testing and support upgrades or fixes to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role or 2-5 years in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in SAP with familiarity in LSMW desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with knowledge of other Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or QlikSense.
  • Familiarity with GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
