Position Overview:

The Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a knowledgeable Aboriginal male with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to take on the pivotal role of Aboriginal Cultural Advisor (Male).

Located at the Ingkintye Men's Centre, the Aboriginal Cultural Advisor will leverage their deep cultural and social insights to provide guidance, mentorship, and education to staff and management across all Congress services and programs. This position is essential for the ongoing enhancement of cultural safety, responsiveness, and knowledge, aimed at fostering a robust organizational culture and improving health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal individuals, in collaboration with the Female Aboriginal Cultural Advisor.

Note: Total effective package encompasses base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options.
