About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end weekly payroll function for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the weekly payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data in our payroll and time and attendance systems, ensuring legislative and award compliance.
  • Process and reconcile superannuation contributions, payroll tax, and other related payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and leaders, responding to payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including annual and long service leave provisions, bonus payments, and payroll tax.
  • Manage Payroll Service Point queries and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to provide information that supports business decision-making.
  • Support audits, both internal and external, and provide accurate and timely information as required.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Payroll or completed Payroll Courses for AU and NZ.
  • Experience with Micropay and Dayforce (Time and Attendance System) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in processing payroll for New Zealand is essential.
  • Legislative and award compliance knowledge, with the ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation for AU and NZ.
