Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Cummins Inc.

Sales Administrator Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing local sales support to the sales team and low kVA dealers, executing and supporting selected sales-related activities under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide local sales support for sales team & low kVA Dealers which entails order creation, advising stock availability, arranging movements of sets & invoicing.
  • Support local project managers for project invoicing claims & processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices.
  • Manage sales forecast with sales team.
  • Order diaries and merchandise for sales team and dealers.
  • Manage dealer & sales teams holds.
  • Monthly finance report management and submission
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare monthly sales commission claims.
  • Submit new vendor requests where required.
  • Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance.
  • Provide weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance.

Requirements:

  • SAP experience required.
  • Knowledge of Movex an advantage.
  • Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
