Business Analyst (SAP Reporting)

The role of Business Analyst (SAP Reporting) entails leading and supporting business development activities, including pre-sales initiatives like proposal design. You will mentor and support team members within our SAP practice on their career progression journey.

This position involves leading project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey, encompassing client-facing workshops where you will demonstrate sound functional and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions incorporating best practices.
  • Adeptly adopt and incorporate industry-leading tools and methodologies in engagements.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated architecture by showcasing a broad knowledge of SAP solutions in the Reporting and Analytics domain.
Essential Skills And Qualifications
  • Strong leadership abilities, including managing diverse stakeholders and technical teams, and coordinating across engagement streams.
  • A minimum of 10 years delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Functional background with solid relationships among clients' senior stakeholders and comprehensive expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Critical skills: Data Warehousing solutions (SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, Native HANA), SAP Reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics for Office), Programming skills (SAP ABAP CDS, SQL Development).
PREFERRED EXPERTISE
  • Familiarity with other cloud Data Warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.), experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases.
