As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your role and responsibilities

·Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).

·Coach and support members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.

·Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:

oLead client-facing workshops by demonstrating sound functional and industry knowledge

oDesign and implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices

oAdopt and incorporate IBM's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.

oDesign and implement state-of-the-art architecture by demonstrating a broad knowledge of the SAP solutions in the Reporting and Analytics space.

·The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.

·The candidate must demonstrate solid leadership skills, including managing a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.

·The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.

·Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.

·Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's senior stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.

·Solid hands-on experience.

·Core skills:

oData Warehousing solutions: SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA and Native HANA

oSAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics (Webdynpro Grid, Smart KPI, Review booklet), SAP Analytics for Office

oProgramming skills: SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development

Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Experience:

·Basic understanding about other cloud Datawarehouse solutions: Snowflake, Databricks

·Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools. Power BI, Tableau etc.

·Experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases

·Certifications in this space.

·Preferred candidate holds a valid AGSVA security clearance, or must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain clearance.
