Job Summary:

SAP Analytics Consultant
  • We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing solutions, including SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and Native HANA. They should also have experience with SAP Reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Analytics for Office.

A successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including programming skills in SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of cloud Datawarehouse solutions, including Snowflake and Databricks.

We are looking for a mid-senior level professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a functional background with solid relationships amongst client stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales activities.
  • Coach and support members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.
  • Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices.
  • Adopt and incorporate IBM's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art architecture by demonstrating a broad knowledge of the SAP solutions in the Reporting and Analytics space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.
  • Solid leadership skills, including managing a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's senior stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Solid hands-on experience.
  • Core skills: Data Warehousing solutions: SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA and Native HANA.
  • SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics (Webdynpro Grid, Smart KPI, Review booklet), SAP Analytics for Office.
  • Programming skills: SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Basic understanding about other cloud Datawarehouse solutions: Snowflake, Databricks.
  • Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools. Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases.
  • Certifications in this space.
  • Preferred candidate holds a valid AGSVA security clearance, or must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain clearance.
