Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Local Community Consultant. As a key member of our community team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.
As a Local Community Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including in-store, phone, and community-based interactions. You will possess a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that our customers are always front of mind.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity of thought and celebrates individuality.
