Job Overview

The role of a Production Manager involves assisting team members with pipeline management to ensure seamless and timely loan file processing.

This position works closely with branch processors to provide continuous support as needed, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and files are submitted to underwriting on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor closing dates in reporting platforms and manage accordingly.
  • Facilitate pipeline management meetings as required.
  • Develop and execute plans to address assigned branch needs.
  • Work closely with branch processing to ensure accurate completion of tasks and submission of files to underwriting.
  • Assist with processing needs, including providing training and support for new processors.
  • Support branch operations and management by prioritizing workflow structure.
  • Maintain reporting to monitor initial CDs and ensure appropriate timing requirements.
  • Ensure each file complies with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Manage projects for deployment of new systems and procedures.
  • Maintain broad knowledge and thorough understanding of federal, state, and agency regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective organization through employee selection, training, compensation, motivation, and review.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production and compliance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in loan processing.
  • Experience with mortgage lending functions, TRID rules and regulations, REPSA, and disclosures.
  • Encompass loan origination software and pipeline management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of processing, closing, and funding loans according to investors and agency guidelines.
  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA loan programs.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
