Loan Originator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage loan files from application through closing, pulling and analyzing credit applicant information, and reviewing income & asset documents.
  • Request and obtain referrals from current and potential clients as a member of the sales team.
  • Run DU, stack, and submit files, request and clear conditions, and communicate effectively with borrowers and Realtors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing or origination.
  • Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience required.
  • State and Federal NMLS License preferred.
  • Working knowledge of RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations and loan documents preferred.
