Adaptive Reuse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Project Support Officer role. This exciting opportunity involves working towards a significant goal of increasing housing supply in the City of Adelaide.
About the Job- Assist in administering initiatives that unlock dwelling potential in vacant and underutilised buildings, including processing applications using software.
- Coordinate project activities with grants, such as incentives for sustainability and heritage preservation.
- Review reports, studies, and papers related to residential adaptive reuse projects.
- Analyze data using ESRI and ArcGIS tools to identify trends and opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience in data analysis, working with GIS tools, and autonomous decision-making. A high-level attention to detail and ability to produce reliable data are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
About You- You will have an understanding of adaptive re-use principles and the Planning Code.
- You will be able to make informed decisions on data and escalate within the team as required.
- You will work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
- You will contribute to the development of insights and recommendations.
