About our business

We've come a long way in the second-hand space, growing into a global reuse champion. As champions of reuse, we're committed to keeping one-of-a-kind finds out of landfill and helping people reuse, repurpose and upcycle.

Reporting to a district manager, you will be responsible for managing store performance, developing your team's capability, and ensuring exceptional service for customers and not-for-profit donors.

A typical day might include:

  • Analysing the previous week's results and adjusting the sales floor to maximise sales
  • Meeting with production leaders to plan production for the next month
  • Leading a safety meeting with the Joint Health and Safety Committee
  • Coaching a production team member on how to grade an item
  • Welcoming a new team member into our business and ensuring they have an engaging onboarding experience

For this role, you'll need:

  • Availability for full-time hours across different stores
  • Prior experience managing teams in fast-paced environments – ideally retail, hospitality or other customer-focused industries
  • Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills – empowering and inspiring your team to achieve their goals
  • Impact-driven – wanting to make a difference in your team and community
  • Customer-focused – passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
  • Eager to learn – always looking to find better ways, adapt and improve
  • Doing the right thing – standing up for what's right and doing what you say you will
