Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the growth of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce in Canberra. This role is designed for an individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who has experience in building relationships and partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide secretariat support to the ACT First Nations Health Workforce Collaborative, and work on projects associated with the finalisation and implementation of the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Action Plan.

Eligibility:
- This is an Identified position in accordance with Section 27(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and is only open to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Confirmation of cultural identity may be requested.
- Health-related qualifications and/or experience across health-related sectors, including the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector, are preferred but not essential.
