Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  2. Manage post-award contract activities, including variations, extensions, and close-out
  3. Prepare procurement documentation, such as approvals, evaluation reports, and award recommendations
  4. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of commercial objectives
  5. Conduct market and commercial analysis to inform decisions on contract performance and supplier engagement
  6. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to drive value and mitigate risks
  7. Provide expert advice to internal and external parties, ensuring compliance and effective delivery

Skill Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or category management, especially post-award activities
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  4. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
