Delivery Driver/Customer Representative Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our logistics team as a delivery driver/customer representative.

 

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced delivery driver who can efficiently transport stock to customers in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional service quality and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of delivery operations, including daily safety checks, stock management, and accurate documentation of sales and customer interactions.

 

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse distribution environment with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
  • Highly trustworthy and reliable individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to perform physical duties, including regular lifting of heavy batteries (average weight 17kg), and possess a current forklift (LF or LO) licence.
  • Holding a valid minimum MR driver's licence and possessing good computer skills with close attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding our Health, Safety, and Environment standards and good basic English and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
