Logistics Coordinator

As a Packaged Gas Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of packaged gas to clients and distributors in a designated geographic area. Your key objective will be to ensure the optimal distribution planning and cost management, taking into account legal and operational constraints.
- You will organize deliveries to clients and distributors based on their needs and requirements.
- You will identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the distribution process.
- You will ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety standards.
- You will monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and work towards reducing non-quality costs.
- You will analyze client needs in collaboration with order takers and sales teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Avoid unnecessary deliveries and associated costs while meeting actual client needs.
- Verify consistency between transport invoices, planning, and execution.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in transport planning and scheduling.
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods Transport (ADG).
- Strong knowledge of computerized systems and programming.
- Knowledge of logistics or freight operations.
- Strong analytical and critical problem-solving ability.
- Tenacity, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
