Job Description:

As a senior logistics specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements. This entails overseeing logistics personnel and managing logistics responsibilities on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating domestic and international multi-leg shipments in support of project objectives
  • Ensuring seamless communication with internal and external entities to facilitate smooth shipment processes
  • Entering shipment tracking data into Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other functional tools for real-time monitoring
  • Preparing comprehensive logistics reports or performance metrics as required to satisfy project information needs

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. Home, field, and deployed project experience is highly preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Chain of Responsibility (CoR)/Transport Assurance knowledge, certification is advantageous.
