Strategic Governance and Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Governance and Performance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business outcomes by managing governance and performance arrangements, information management, and the operating cycle of key contracts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Management.
  • Portfolio or Project Management certification preferred or demonstrated understanding of a project methodology and program management frameworks.
  • Relevant Portfolio/Program/Project Management experience in utilities (or related) environments.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure improvements are delivered on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing governance and performance arrangements to drive business outcomes.
  • Overseeing and performing performance management reviews of projects and activities that deliver yearly programs of work.
  • Ensuring information needed to manage performance is in place.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to manage variations, issues, and risks related to delivery of programs.

You will also have the opportunity to develop supply planning, governance, and monitoring strategies with Operations and Program Managers to deliver programs of work.
