Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
  • A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
