Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Specialist to manage our facilities services in a Commonwealth-Owned Property. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work independently and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with key client staff and tenant representatives.
  • Manage day-to-day client activities for one large property based out of Mickleham.
  • Maintain the property in excellent condition.

This role will assist the Manager Operations to deliver full range of services for the Entity.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage building operations independently.
  • Punctual, well-presented, and reliable professional standards at all times.

Working Environment

80% onsite field work including site general repairs, doors, facade and vehicle cleaning, painting, inspections, reporting; 20% understanding of site requirements and operational needs.

Mitigate risks through regular monitoring and adherence to protocols.

Performance Requirements

Deliver performance reports, identify service gaps, and recommend improvements.

Provide technical solutions and maintain service quality standards.

Identify and communicate hazards while ensuring personnel competency.

Subcontractor Management

Engage, manage, and inspect subcontractors to ensure building compliance.
