This critical role involves overseeing complex remedial projects and site operations, driving excellence in delivery across a diverse work portfolio.

About the Position
  • You will report directly to the Construction Manager, playing a key role in day-to-day management of remedial construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing crews on-site, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication between the project team and site workforce.
  • Assisting in planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment, and access systems.
  • Maintaining detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage.
  • Championing continuous improvement and fostering a high-performing site culture.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry.
  • Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance.
  • A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs.
  • Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works.
