Outdoor Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wide Area Mower Operator to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various contracts between Ipswich and Logan.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in wide area mowers/4000D as well as using zero turn mower and brush cutting
- Valid Manual MR Drivers Licence (HR highly regarded)
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
