**Job Title:** Senior Property Manager

About the Role:

This position involves leading a small portfolio of properties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a small portfolio, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and tradespeople to facilitate effective maintenance coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team in managing daily operations for a small portfolio.
  2. Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Engage with tenants on leasing processes, address complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a QLD Certificate of Registration.
  • possess at least 3 years of experience in property management.
  • hold a valid driver's license.
  • previous experience in real estate or reception is beneficial.
  • demonstrate a willingness to grow and develop as a leader.
