We are a leading non-profit aged care provider in Western Australia, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support services to older Western Australians.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to join our team as a Full-Time Relief Residential Manager, working 75 hours a fortnight. As a Relief Residential Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and traveling to our Juniper Perth Metro sites, located in various locations across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage a large, diverse team of staff
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of budget and financial management
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Above average communication skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
