About the role: 

We are seeking a Data and Integrations Analyst/Lead to join our team at Juniper Central in Balcatta. As a Data and Integrations Analyst/Lead at Juniper, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our data systems and integration processes across all group assets. You’ll deliver flexible, customer-focused solutions in collaboration with internal and external teams, working closely with the client support team and managed service provider to promptly address necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead reporting and data analytics across group assets through system integration and master data management.
  • Design and develop robust data models, supporting documentation, and processes to meet business intelligence (BI) needs.
  • Build dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Provide support across various functions, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data modeling.
  • Develop data integration pipelines across different sources, systems, and platforms using various tools and technologies.
  • Establish and enforce data management policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data integrations, database administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, including SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Practical experience with ETL tools, integration platforms, and middleware such as KNIME or Talend.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling, data cleansing, and warehousing tools, with expertise in statistical and data mining techniques.
  • Skilled in conducting complex requirements gathering and design workshops, as well as promoting data literacy.
  • Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for problem-solving and technical solutions.
