About the Role
The Roving Clinical Nurse Manager will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the provision of person-centred, clinical care services at our residential sites.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with the Residential Manager, Area Manager, and Allied Health practitioners to ensure all services are provided in a manner that recognises the importance of supporting residents maintain their quality of life and exercise their rights as individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centred care.
- Actively support and work cohesively with the clinical care and allied health team.
- Provide comprehensive review and oversight of residents' care needs and outcomes.
- Monitor and minimise clinical risk and meet clinical quality KPIs.
- Identify changes in residents' care needs in support of appropriate AN-ACC classification and funding.
- Identify and support the development and clinical capability of the clinical care team.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate must have the capacity to cover regional and metro sites for planned and unplanned leave and possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience required for the role.
