About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at GenesisCare in NSW. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the coordination and delivery of clinical research activities, working closely with our research team and Principal Investigators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including documentation, monitoring, and data collection.
  • Work with the research team to ensure timely start-up and smooth running of trials.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including research leads, Principal Investigators, and sponsors.
  • Perform clinical tasks, such as vital signs, ECGs, and medication management, as deemed competent.
  • Process samples, coordinate sample collection, and dispatch as required.
  • Prepare for and host monitoring and close-out visits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, administrative, and clinical frameworks.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration with relevant nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research coordination, nursing, science, or Phase 1 research.
  • Strong computer literacy with knowledge of clinical trials software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and applicable national and international laws and regulations.
