Electrical Installation Specialist

As a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and constructing electrical panels, resolving issues with motor control systems and industrial PLC control systems, providing assistance for the installation of new electrical equipment, interpreting and working from electrical schematic drawings, and creating electrical drawings on CAD.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and construct electrical panels.
  • Solve problems with motor control systems and industrial PLC control systems.
  • Support the installation of new electrical equipment.
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematic drawings.
  • Create electrical drawings on CAD.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • A degree or certification in higher engineering trade.
  • More than 10 years' experience in electrical field, design, and commissioning control systems.
  • A valid NSW electrical license.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • A safety-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Basic to intermediate level PLC and HMI software skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial sensors and signalling.
  • Electronic skills – PCB assembly, troubleshooting, circuit drawing interpretation.
