
Regional Invoicing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Invoicing Administrator to join our team at our Ipswich site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Workshop Team to collate information from Technician job cards and create accurate invoices for works carried out.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate write-ups into precise chargeable items
- Evaluate correct amounts charged for sundries and environmental charges
- Ensure invoices are correctly coded (Warranty/Contracts/Retail)
- Maximise charges in all areas
- Maintain a high level of work in progress
- Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner within a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Strong customer service skills with ability to approach and ensure a positive outcome
- Good level of IT skills
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays rising to 30 days with service
