We are seeking a diligent Test Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a secure exam environment, and ensuring compliance with all testing procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam environment.
  2. Ensure compliance with all testing procedures and company policies.
  3. Check and verify candidate identification against test registration; assist with test setup.
  4. Explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  6. Escalate policy breaches to relevant personnel immediately.
  7. Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
  8. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  3. Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
  4. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
  6. Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with good hearing and eyesight from a distance.
