Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all testing protocols and company standards.">
  • Verify candidate information against test registration and assist with test setup.">
  • Clearly explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing.">
  • Troubleshoot technical problems in collaboration with internal departments.">
  • Immediately report policy breaches to relevant personnel.">
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.">
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned.">

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.">
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.">
  • Previous experience in proctoring or invigilation is highly desirable.">
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.">
  • The ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds independently is required.">
  • Good hearing and eyesight from a distance are essential.">
