Test Administrator Position
Reporting to the Test Centre Manager

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam environment.
- Ensure compliance with all testing procedures and company policies.
- Verify candidate identification against test registration; assist with test setup.
- Explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
- Escalate policy breaches to relevant personnel immediately.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
- Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with good hearing and eyesight from a distance.
