The University of New South Wales is a leading research institution in Australia, and our Microbiome Research Centre is at the forefront of microbiome research.

Job Description

This role provides administrative support to research projects conducted within the centre, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality research outcomes. Key responsibilities include data entry, data collection, attending meetings and training sessions, responding to enquiries, liaising with study participants, and undertaking routine research support tasks.

This position will be based at St George Hospital, and reports directly to the Director of UNSW Microbiome Research Centre. There are no direct reports for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Completion of a relevant qualification and previous experience supporting a research project;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated time management skills;
  • Proficient level of computer literacy with well-developed skills in Microsoft Office 365, REDCap and equivalent applications.
