Job Title: Clinical Research Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate Lead to join our team in Australia. As a Clinical Research Associate Lead, you will be responsible for leading monitoring activities related to initiation, conduct (recruitment, quality data collection), and timely completion of Oncology and Hematology clinical trials within the country.

About the Role:
  • Leads monitoring teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  • Collaborates with site personnel to ensure high-quality data collection and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provides guidance and support to junior CRA staff members.
About You:
  • Bachelor's level degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or medicine.
  • A minimum of 1 year of monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Australian working rights required.
