About the Role:This permanent part-time position involves performing a variety of administration and reception duties in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clinical staff, performing reception and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clinical staff, including consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students.
- Perform reception and administrative duties, including minute taking and documentation.
- Maintain Anaesthetic Department rosters and database.
- Consult with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain files accurately and confidentially, and perform photocopying, collation, and filing tasks.
- Assist in the organisation of events and functions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Sound clerical and filing skills and experience.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible.
- Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team.
