The Opportunity

We are seeking a mid-level general commercial lawyer to join our dynamic and innovative team in our Commercial and Regulatory practice group. Our team services a range of clients, from small and medium-sized businesses to sophisticated global companies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of IT and general commercial contracts, advising on intellectual property arrangements, and providing regulatory advice on various issues.
  • Owning and building client relationships, taking ownership of all clients and being the client point of contact on all matters.
  • Working closely with Practice Leaders and being part of a fun, motivated, and supportive team.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a private practice or in-house legal environment, with demonstrated experience in general commercial contracts.
  • Brilliant attention to detail, efficiency at prioritizing tasks, and commercial savvy, caring about business growth and helping to take our practice to the next level.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, service-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve and learn from those around you.
