Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Regulatory Lawyer to join our dynamic and innovative team in our Commercial & Regulatory practice group.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients, providing expert advice on a range of commercial and regulatory matters, including IT and general commercial contracts, intellectual property arrangements, and regulatory advice.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex matters with sophisticated clients, while enjoying the benefits of autonomy and flexibility. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT and general commercial contracts, advising on intellectual property arrangements, and providing regulatory advice on a variety of issues.
  • Building and owning client relationships, providing trusted business advice, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Working closely with your Practice Leaders and being part of a fun, motivated, and supportive team.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a private practice or in-house legal environment, with demonstrated experience in general commercial contracts.
  • Brilliant attention to detail, efficient task prioritization, and commercial savvy, with a passion for business growth and client satisfaction.
