Commercial and Regulatory Lawyer Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level general commercial lawyer to work on complex matters with sophisticated clients, while enjoying autonomy and flexibility. You'll have the freedom to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of IT and general commercial contracts, advise on intellectual property arrangements, and provide regulatory advice on various issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including IT and general commercial agreements.
  • Advising on intellectual property arrangements and providing regulatory advice on issues such as privacy, consumer laws, and more.
  • Owning and building client relationships, providing exceptional client experiences, and identifying opportunities to add value to clients' businesses.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a private practice or in-house legal environment, with demonstrated experience in general commercial contracts.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
