About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative & Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and front desk team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be responsible for managing patient bookings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and front desk team
- Manage patient bookings and coordinate appointments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up
- Perform reception duties and handle customer inquiries
- Assist with product and service enquiries, and promote CLM's products and services
