Corporate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our collaborative team. As a key member of our M&A practice, you will advise on strategic transactions and capital markets legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review sale agreements, scheme booklets & disclosure materials
  • Advise on equity raisings, joint ventures and regulatory approvals
  • Coordinate due diligence, valuation workshops & closing logistics

You will work closely with cross-practice teams on tax, finance and ESG considerations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' PQE in Corporate law with strong exposure in M&A, corporate advisory or capital markets
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage diverse files
  • Excellent drafting, communication & stakeholder skills
