Supporting Adult Learners to Achieve Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to champion and support our 19+ students in their educational journey. The successful candidate will work closely with Adult ESOL learners, providing careers guidance and academic support to ensure their successful progression within the college provision.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement strategies to remove barriers to progression for various cohorts of adult learners.
- To engage with learners, identifying their needs and providing targeted support to achieve their full potential.
- A strong understanding of education and training principles, with a focus on adult learners.
- The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
