Nuclear Project Manager Role\

Our team seeks a highly skilled Nuclear Project Manager to oversee complex nuclear projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination of engineering, construction, and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning, execution, and completion within scope, budget, and schedule.\
  • Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and industry standards.\
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.\
  • Monitoring risk management strategies and implementing mitigation plans.\
  • Maintaining documentation and reporting in alignment with nuclear industry requirements.\
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including government agencies and corporate leadership.\
  • Optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency in project development.\

Requirements for the position include:

  • \
  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.\
  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with a Master's degree in a related field.\
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.\
  • 8+ years in nuclear industry projects.\
  • 5+ years in project management roles.\
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, budgeting, and risk assessment in nuclear projects.\
  • Bonus points for PMP certification and a Master's degree.\
