We are a rapidly expanding organization with numerous exciting projects in the pipeline. Our community's current and future needs must be met, which is why we are seeking a Strategic Development Officer to join our team.

This role will work within the senior team to support the planning, management and reporting on multi-faceted projects. It's a fundamental project coordination position where you'll work closely with passionate professionals in a dynamic environment.

As a Strategic Development Officer, you will:

  • Support project administration, monitoring and reporting.
  • Deliver high-level communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Think laterally and plan and prioritise work to achieve required outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. A strong background in project coordination and stakeholder engagement is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project administration, monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops to ensure effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive image of the organization.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
